Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is the manipulation of soft tissues of the body including muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints.

At Rehab Plus, our Massage Therapist has a clinic-oriented approach and will carefully assess your needs. Whether you are getting a massage for relaxation, for a specific injury or for chronic pain, a careful assessment will me bade along with a treatment plan. Using evidence-based techniques, massage can maintain or improve mobility, decrease or eliminate pain, reduce muscular tension and alleviate stress.

If you are currently being treated by a Physiotherapist or other practitioner, our massage therapist will work in conjunction with your existing treatments to optimize your rehabilitation and healing.
